Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and are passionate about building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend suitable wireless solutions to deepen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously improve skills to provide excellent customer service.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, proactively reach out to potential customers, and manage follow-ups and referrals.
5. Support store operations by on-boarding customers, securing kiosk assets, and reporting issues.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer-focused with a passion for satisfaction and fun interactions (Required)
• Team-oriented with willingness to learn and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive in sales with confidence in a fast-paced environment (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Details

Hourly base pay starts at $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert offers an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives.
