Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are passionate about technology, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions to exceed performance targets by providing excellent customer experiences and meeting sales metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Use digital self-serve tools to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, and promote self-service options via the T-Mobile app to deepen relationships.
  3. Training & Store Operations: Complete training on store experience, products, and systems. Assist with onboarding customers, store opening/closing, and secure kiosk assets, reporting any issues.
  4. Customer Service & Sales: Be passionate, friendly, and engaging. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Relationship Building: Collaborate with nearby teams to support the customer journey from setup to support and account servicing.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or sales, retail preferred (Required)
  • Skills & Abilities: Customer focus, team spirit, competitive sales drive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (Required)

  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hour, with incentives and promotion opportunities. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives.
