Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products and services, and excel in a high-traffic environment by building relationships and providing solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers using digital tools, educate them, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; review personal results and updates; and support store operations including opening, closing, and security procedures.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and follow up to foster loyalty. Perform price overrides when necessary.
5. Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from onboarding to support and account servicing.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer satisfaction focus and ability to connect with customers.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and share best practices.
• Competitive drive and confidence in sales environment.

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with training and incentive opportunities. Full-time employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives, plus eligibility for stock grants.
