Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a high-traffic environment and building relationships through meaningful interactions. They identify customer needs, educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, exceeding performance targets by excelling in sales and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a busy retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identifying needs, and demonstrating the value of our products and services.
3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems, and continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, exceed expectations, and proactively drive sales and referrals.
5. Collaborate with nearby store teams to support customer account setup, device support, and service.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Hourly Pay: $17.50 + $5.00 training pay. After 90 days, eligible for promotion and incentives. All employees guaranteed $20/hour including incentives. Eligible for annual stock grants.
