Job Overview

As a Mobile Associate, you will be part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as a brand ambassador to bring the T-Mobile experience to life. You will build energy and excitement around our products and services, connect deeply with customers, and help them find personalized solutions. This role is a learning position, preparing you for advancement to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in-store, online, or via Customer Care, and demonstrating product features and solutions.
  2. Use digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services, and stay informed about wireless innovations.
  3. Collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business initiatives.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer service and connecting with people.
  • Competitive and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
  • Able to balance customer needs with performance goals.
