Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are continually evolving. They focus on building relationships with customers, uncovering needs, and educating them about device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
   • Assisting customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
   • Exploring customer needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
   • Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
   • Approaching customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, completing training on store experience and new systems.
3. Establish relationships across channels, collaborate with team members, and support initiatives to create an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun connecting with people (Required).
• Competitive drive with success in a sales environment (Required).
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders (Required).
