Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to promote the T-Mobile brand. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, connecting deeply with customers to understand and meet their needs. This role focuses on learning, building skills, and preparing for advancement to Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, and in-store.
• Demonstrate and explain our latest technology and services.
• Sell personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
• Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
• Build relationships with customers and team members across channels.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun.
• Competitive drive and success in sales environments.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hourly Pay: $17.50, with incentive opportunities. Full-time employees can earn up to $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for stock grants.
