Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as brand ambassadors who energize and excite customers about our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning and growth, with new associates working alongside their team to develop skills in preparation for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales: Build proficiency in serving and selling by providing a world-class customer experience, assisting customers both online and in-store, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
  2. Digital Tools and Knowledge: Use digital tools effectively to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services; complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources; stay informed on wireless innovations.
  3. Relationship Building: Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun connecting with people. (Required)
  • Competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)

Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour plus $5.00/hour training pay during the first 90 days. Post-training, eligible for an annual incentive of $18,000, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
