T-Mobile in Wisconsin is seeking a Mobile Expert to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will be a brand ambassador, helping customers understand and select device and service solutions while meeting performance targets for sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

As a Mobile Expert, you will engage customers, use digital tools, and complete ongoing training to stay ahead of wireless innovations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
