Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate in Schaumburg, IL to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers along their shopping journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation includes hourly base pay of $19.50 plus $5 training pay, with after training a potential annual incentive target of $18,000 and a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

Education and Work Experience

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
