Job summary

T-MOBILE USA, Inc. is looking for individuals to support retail operations in Oxnard, California. This role involves engaging customers and facilitating their technology needs in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be responsible for building product knowledge, demonstrating technology solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Applicants must have at least a high school diploma and preferably 6 months of retail experience. This position offers a base pay of $19.50 per hour, training incentives, and opportunities for growth as a Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Education and Work Experience

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
