Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are passionate about technology and customer service, building strong relationships with customers and helping them find personalized solutions. This role is focused on learning and developing skills for advancement to Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing excellent customer experiences, and loyalty building.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, completing training on systems and processes.
3. Establish relationships across channels, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Customer advocacy, enthusiasm, and a competitive drive.
• Teamwork, adaptability, and balancing customer needs with performance goals.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
