Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They focus on building relationships with customers, uncovering their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience, and building loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey, exploring needs, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, complete training on store experience, and stay informed about innovations.
3. Establish relationships and collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Additional Information

Within the first 90 days, associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, they are eligible for an annual incentive of $18,000, with actual incentives varying based on performance. All employees earn a minimum of $20/hour including incentives and are eligible for stock grants.
