Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience. They focus on building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them about device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to build skills in preparation for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Hourly Pay: $20.00 + $5.00 training pay during onboarding. Post-training, eligible for incentives and stock grants.
