Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover their needs, and educate them on device and service solutions. This role is focused on learning and skill-building, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert. New associates are required to complete training successfully.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and fostering loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Explore customer needs and demonstrate products, accessories, and IoT devices.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain plans, and onboard customers. Complete training on store experience, new skills, and system knowledge. Continuously learn about wireless innovations.
3. Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
