Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about connectivity and thriving in a fast-paced environment, they focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates developing skills in preparation for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of training is required.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Sales: Assist customers by providing a world-class experience, exploring needs, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  2. Digital Tools Usage: Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, complete training, and stay informed about innovations.
  3. Relationship Building: Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and identify small business leads.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. Successful trainees can promote to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour, including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family benefits, tuition assistance, disability, voluntary insurance options, and discounts.
