Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about connectivity and technology, they thrive in a fast-paced environment where they connect deeply with customers, uncover needs, and recommend solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates building skills and preparing for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales: Build proficiency in serving and selling by providing excellent customer experiences, assisting with online and in-store shopping, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
2. Digital Tools & Training: Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services; complete training on systems, processes, and in-store experience; continuously learn about innovations.
3. Relationship Building: Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and identify small business leads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
• Passionate about customer advocacy and success in sales
• Team-oriented and adaptable
• Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals

Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with potential incentives during training and upon promotion. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family benefits, tuition assistance, and discounts.
