Job Overview:

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is designed as a learning position, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert after completing training.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience by assisting with online, in-store, and Customer Care interactions, exploring needs, demonstrating technology, and selling personalized solutions.
2. Use digital tools effectively to demonstrate coverage, plan benefits, and complete training on store processes and systems.
3. Partner with other T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and identify small business leads.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Customer-focused attitude with enthusiasm and a fun personality (Required)

• Hourly pay: $21.00 plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. Post-training, eligible for incentives up to $18,000/year, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Employees also receive stock grants.
