Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about connectivity and thriving in a fast-paced environment, they focus on building relationships with customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Hourly Pay: $21.00 + $5.00 training pay. After training, eligible for incentives up to $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for stock grants.
