Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, acting as brand ambassadors to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on creating meaningful connections with customers. The role involves educating customers on device and service solutions, building expertise, and progressing towards becoming a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in-store, online, or via Customer Care, and offering personalized technology demonstrations.
  2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on store processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and identify small business leads.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred (Required)
  • Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun while connecting (Required)
  • Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a sales environment (Required)
  • Ability to work collaboratively, learn, and resolve customer issues effectively (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with incentives during training and promotion to a Mobile Expert role, earning up to $18,000 annually in incentives. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants.
