Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience. They focus on building relationships with customers, educating them about device and service solutions, and developing their skills for career growth. New associates are required to complete training to prepare for advancement to Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience by assisting in-store, online, and via Customer Care, exploring needs, demonstrating products, and offering personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
2. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain plans, and stay informed about product innovations. Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
3. Develop relationships across channels, including with business and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)

Additional Information

Hourly pay starts at $19.00 plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert offers an incentive target of $18,000/year, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
