Mobile Associate, Bilingual Preferred - Retail Sales

Join us as a Mobile Associate, Bilingual Preferred - Retail Sales at T-Mobile.

Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors to create excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building significant connections with customers, and continuously developing their skills to progress to a Mobile Expert role. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a world-class customer experience by assisting customers online and in-store, exploring their needs, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Using digital tools effectively to showcase coverage, plans, and services.
  • Building relationships across channels and supporting team initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun.
  • Driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to learn and share ideas.
  • Balance customer needs with performance goals.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting hourly pay is $19.00, with incentives and opportunities for promotion. All employees are eligible for stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and discounts.
