Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who energize our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is foundational, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Fluent in Mandarin.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with shopping, exploring needs, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
3. Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on store systems and processes.
4. Build relationships across channels, including with business and customer service teams, to enhance customer experience and support team initiatives.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail (Required).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun while connecting (Required).
• Drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required).
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with peers and leaders.
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Required).

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $21.00, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. Full-time employees can earn an annual incentive target of $18,000, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives.
