Agrace is seeking a Mobile Appointment Assistant to enhance patient and family satisfaction by providing administrative support during virtual appointments. Full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) | Day Shift | Monday-Friday | Hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions)
The Mobile Appointment Assistant is responsible for patient and family satisfaction by providing administrative support and in-person customer service for patients during virtual visits with Agrace Physicians and/or Nurse Practitioners (NPs). This position, as directed by Agrace providers, supports patients, families, and providers by documenting vitals, concerns, and treatment plans in the patient’s electronic health record (EHR), ensuring fulfillment of agency regulatory requirements. This role also facilitates technology access and may coordinate interpreter service needs for patient visits, partnering with Agrace clinical staff to deliver efficient and high-quality patient care. The Mobile Appointment Assistant is responsible for patient and family centered care consistent with Agrace philosophy, goals, standards, regulations and policies.
