Mobile Application Tester (iOS / Android)

tap|QA is currently seeking mobile application software testers for various engagements in the Twin Cities, including roles with two of Minnesota's most beloved companies. We are open to hourly and salaried employees as we are looking to grow our mobile testing practice.

Compensation will be competitive, depending on one’s mobile testing experience.

Due to client requirements, candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the Twin Cities metropolitan area and be authorized to work in the US for any employer. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered. No third‑party candidates are accepted.

What we are looking for:

• At least one year of testing mobile applications (preferably 2‑3 years), with a particular focus on iOS / iPhone / iPad applications. Experience with Android / Windows Mobile is a nice to have.
• Team player — ability to function in fast‑paced, collaborative, and team‑oriented environments.
• A passion for a career in quality assurance and testing.
• At least three years of testing experience; preference given to those with experience in test automation and tools such as Team Foundation Server (TFS), Quality Center, Quick Test Pro (QTP), Selenium, etc.
• Experience with test emulator software (such as Experitest) is highly preferred.
