What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development and success of mobile applications throughout their lifecycle to meet customer needs and achieve business goals
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, defining product requirements and prioritizing features
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and strategic goals
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Monitor product performance using data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with 6 years of experience in product management or a related field; or 8+ years of experience without a degree
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on mobile applications and direct-to-consumer experiences
- Familiarity with mobile app development processes and technologies, as well as digital marketing and e-commerce
- Knowledge of technical software delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Waterfall) and analytical skills to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading product development from ideation to launch
- Strong understanding of current technology offerings and emerging trends in mobile app development
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and user acceptance techniques to enhance product quality
