Job summary

Jobsbridge, Inc. is seeking a skilled QA Lead for mobile applications to drive quality across iOS and Android projects. You will mentor the QA team, define automated testing strategies, and ensure adherence to the Agile SDLC.

In this role, you will coordinate onsite and offshore QA activities, oversee automation efforts with Appium, and ensure end-to-end testing meets business and technical requirements before release.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Strong knowledge of Appium and mobile automation.
• Experience working in Agile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure QA practices are followed before production.
• Lead a QA team within Mobile Application projects.
• Manage onsite and offshore QA associates and oversee QA delivery.
• Provide management oversight, scheduling and technical depth for automation.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore QA activities in support of systems and software projects.

Job Description

• Works with the project team to ensure standard quality practices/processes are met before proceeding to production.
• Leads a Quality Assurance (QA) team within Mobile Application.
• Manages onsite and offshore associates and is responsible for overall QA delivery of Mobile Application.
• Provides management oversight, scheduling and technical indepthness for Automation
• Coordination for onsite / offshore QA activities performed by the QA Team in support of systems and software projects.
• Have technical knowledge of Mobile Applications (iOS and Android)
• and Appium Automation framework to guide and coach the team in
• Automation.
• Conducts end-to-end testing on applications and technology, to
• ensure that business, technical, functional requirements are being met
• throughout the Agile SDLC.
