Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling new features for Gemini's applications efficiently, prioritizing performance and user experiences.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate user needs into app features within the Gemini ecosystem.
• Design and implement scalable app functionality while enforcing development best practices and optimization.
• Set clear expectations and provide coaching and feedback based on level and role.
• Define and communicate team priorities aligned with broader organizational goals.
