Job summary

MarginPoint in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Mobile App Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver hybrid iOS and Android apps using Xamarin and .NET technologies. You will work across the full development lifecycle including customer-facing activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred) and 3-4 years of hands-on mobile experience with Xamarin, C#, REST services, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3-4 years hands on development experience for iOS and Android using Xamarin and .NET technologies.
• .NET Framework, MS Visual Studio, MS Visual Studio Team Foundation Server
• Expertise in C#, Transact SQL, Web Services, WCF and Wen API/REST

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish hybrid apps (iOS and Android) in C# Microsoft Xamarin and .NET web technologies.
• Experience in architecting and developing high-volume, multi-tier, enterprise web-based software applications and products.
• Ability to carry out all policies and procedures as established by the team, department or company at large.
• Ability to effectively communicate designs and defend architectural decisions with a peer group of engineers.
