Job summary

Expert Technology Services is seeking an Android Developer (Technical Lead) to spearhead mobile engineering in a cruise line project. The role is based in Miami, FL with four days onsite and ongoing collaboration with offshore teams.

The candidate will mentor developers, drive Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and MVVM, and align technical delivery with product goals while maintaining high code quality and shipping milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Android development experience using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and MVVM.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities; formal management title not required.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with offshore teams.
