Job summary

Good Day Logistics LLC in Alabama is seeking a Solo 2 CDL-A Driver to transport Amazon freight between fulfillment centers using modern sleeper cab tractors and advanced fleet technology.

You will complete pre-trip inspections, operate Amazon Relay and ELD systems, and communicate with dispatch to maintain safe, on-time deliveries while upholding safety standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport 100% no-touch Amazon freight between fulfillment centers.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Operate Amazon Relay and ELD systems.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and Amazon operations.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, Amazon, and Good Day Logistics safety standards.
• Represent Good Day Logistics LLC with professionalism at every stop and all points between.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for professional drivers who share our commitment to safety and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and Background check
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Comfortable using smartphones, GPS, and electronic logging systems

What you’ll need:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Must successfully Pass DOT Physical
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
• No current CDL suspension or revocation
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) & good DAC Report
• Successfully pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS
