Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the Mobile Response Team. Primary duties include troubleshooting, repairing, inspecting, and performing maintenance on customer aircraft in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year Bombardier aircraft model experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers at all levels.
• Own basic hand tools with inventory control.
• Willing to work unscheduled OT including holidays.
• Able to work in seasonal weather outdoors.
• Travel readiness with short notice and up to 30-day assignments.
• Valid driver's license and insurable status.
• Ability to work unsupervised and alone.
• Able to work overnight shifts when needed.
• Possess passport for international travel.
• Ability to obtain SIDA badge.
• Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.
• Perform and document work per manuals and regulations.
• Assist other maintenance disciplines (Avionics, Structures, etc.).
• Assist with mechanical/electrical removals and installations.
• Return aircraft to service after maintenance at off-site locations.
• Audit location and truck monthly.
• Perform Delegated Inspector (DI) function as QA authorized.
