Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Home InstaCare to deliver urgent care to patients in their homes. Your home base will be Clinic Wynn, and you will work in a mobile practice with 3 twelve-hour days per week.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of APP experience, APRN/PA-C degree, board certification or eligibility, Nevada license, prescriptive authority and DEA, and must complete Intermountain Health credentialing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practicing Advanced Practice Provider experience.
• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active Nevada medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Prescriptive authority and an active DEA or ability to obtain one.
• Must successfully complete Intermountain Health credentialing process.
