As a US IT Recruiter / SR. IT Recruiter at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Title: US IT Recruiter / SR. IT Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 yrs

Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]

Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Qualification: Any Graduate

Technical/Functional Skills: Candidate must have 1 year of work experience as a US IT Recruiter or Engineering Recruiter from the US Staffing Industry only. Must have good experience working on Full Time/1099/C2C/W2 Contracts/W2 Employment requirement either for Implementation partner or Direct Clients. Basic or Advanced experience in using Monster, Dice, Big Niller, Craig List, Career Builder, Computer jobs, Tech Fetch, Yahoo hot jobs. Must have good communication skills. Must have good knowledge of US Tax Terms and US Visas. Candidate must have a Graduate degree in any stream. Candidates with good Technical Knowledge will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities: Ability to manage the End to End Recruitment for the US Recruitment Division – Client side. Ability to understand the customer’s business using an excellent understanding of various business techniques. Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use. Ability to identify scope expansion and manage expectations accordingly. Ability to develop detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement the system. Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given. Ability to listen actively and critically analyze.

Personal Attributes: Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities. Independent thinker.

Process: Aptitude tests, Technical tests, Interviews, Medical Health Checkup.

Location: Remote (Work From Home).
