As a NetSuite Business System Administrator/Analyst at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products. The role includes working closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers.

Title: NetSuite Business System Administrator/Analyst

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Job Type: Permanent / Contract [Depends on Project Needs or C2H]

Position Type: Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc.

Technical/Functional Skills:

1. NetSuite Certified – preferably at the Administrator or Consultant level.
2. Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and Manufacturing processes.
3. Expertise on Record-to-Report, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash processes within NetSuite.
4. Experience on third-party tools and boundaries with NetSuite (examples include Revenue Automation, Credit Card Integrations, Expense Management, SOX Automation, Bank Reconciliation, Logistics Automation, etc).
5. Knowledgeable with NetSuite Workflows and Scripting.
6. Familiarity using collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Slack, Jira/Confluence.
7. Project Management Experience is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Engineering to assess business requirements and to formulate project plans using NetSuite and compatible tools.
2. Own end-to-end solution to Design, Develop, Test and Deploy NetSuite modules and Enhancements.
3. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and automation for Financial Applications and Processes, which use but are not limited to NetSuite.
4. Manage requests for new features or functionality and assist with the prioritization of these requests.
5. Support the Finance departments during the month-end close process.
6. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Exhibit passion about Data Integrity, Data Modelling, and Data Governance.
