Job Description: General Laborer Packaging Operator

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Laborer Packaging Operator to join their team in the Springfield Filling department. The role involves supporting various operational teams with a focus on safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow defined procedures.

Job Details

• Title: Packaging Nights
• Schedule: 10-12 hour days plus overtime, possibly working 7 days per week
• Location: Springfield, MO
• Pay Range: $18.25 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Perform various manual labor tasks, including heavy lifting and moving materials.
2. Assist in operations at heights and manage heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.
3. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications
