Our Customer Technology Support team seeks motivated individuals for supporting healthcare technology products via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

Our products include:

  • Supply Manager e-commerce ordering system
  • ORBITS inventory and charge management suite, including barcode scanning
  • Other upcoming products

This role involves being a knowledge expert, supporting services, and resolving connectivity and web issues. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 7AM-7PM CT.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience or vocational qualification

Critical Skills:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Experience with escalation/ticketing systems

Additional Skills:

  • Customer service, instruction, and resource coordination
  • Active listening and comprehension
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Basic computer technology knowledge; certifications like A+ are a plus
