Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Crystal Lake, IL seeks an MMO III – CNC/CDP Line Operator to set up, operate and monitor CNC drilling and processing equipment for steel cutting edges and fabricated components.

The ideal candidate has experience with CNC drilling equipment, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-hire position on a Mon-Fri schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Experience operating MMO III CNC/CDP line equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Proficiency with measuring tools (tape, calipers, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC/CDP line equipment, Moline drills, rail drills, and similar manufacturing machinery.
• Set up machines according to production specifications, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Verify dimensions and product quality using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain production records while following safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MMO III – CNC/CDP Line Operator to support production operations by setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC drilling and processing equipment used in the manufacture of steel cutting edges, wear parts, and fabricated components. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC drilling equipment, strong blueprint-reading skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC/CDP line equipment, Moline drills, rail drills, and similar manufacturing machinery.
• Set up machines according to production specifications, work orders, and engineering drawings.
• Verify dimensions and product quality using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance.
