Job summary

Master Medical Equipment, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a climate-controlled operation on a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You will be packing and picking orders, stocking inventory as received, and testing equipment for quality before shipment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle a fast-paced warehouse environment while lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Job description

• Help MME achieve its AOP Revenue and Margin Objectives by ensuring Customers regard MME as the most responsive, most knowledgeable company in the EMS universe.
• Be the total resource to Customers and their liaison to RSMs, Strategic Accounts, Operations, Purchasing & Finance. Provide World Class Service with a ‘My Pleasure’ Ritz Carleton attitude by which to handle any inquiry, issue, order, complaint or special request.
• Resolve all problems professionally, via clarification, root cause identification, the most practical solution, expedited correction and follow-up internally to make certain we deliver on MME’s promise.
• Uphold and model the professionalism, Values and Conduct of the MME Culture.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be intentional to gain an ever better understanding of MME Products, Processes and Markets as you interface with RSMs, Strategic Accounts, ReNew, and Rentals. Use your Voice to be the Customers’ Voice within MME. And use your Voice to be MME’s Voice to the Customers, informing them of New MME Products, our Technical Services and Rental Program.
• Be intentional to gain an ever better understanding of our Accounting and CRM systems to be ever more productive in Order Entry, Purchase Order processing, the management of Price Books, and the process of authorized refunds, credits, exchanges, shipment claims or Order Cancellations. Seek a solution to keeping the order with an acceptable alternative.
• Be intentional about advocating for and handling any Customer’s Urgent Issues related to Open Orders, Quotes.
• Based on the benefit of what all you learn from your direct contacts with Customers and Prospects, be forthright and urgent in reporting market insights, developments, recalls, Supplier issues, Out of Stock issues, opportunities that may be relevant to MME.
• Participate in Product Training and Sales Meetings. Use your Voice to insist on training you believe you need to succeed in your Basic Function process (as shown above) and Annual Operating Plan Development.
