We are looking for a Foreman to lead flooring maintenance projects across commercial settings. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone experienced with methyl methacrylate (MMA) flooring systems or similar coatings. You will lead your team, oversee job quality and safety, and ensure each installation meets our standards. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a leadership position or bring existing foreman experience to a company that values its people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MMA flooring maintenance crew on commercial sites
• Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate site prep, product mixing, and application schedules
• Train new crew members in safe and efficient flooring practices
• Operate grinders, mixers, and other equipment for surface prep and application
• Follow PPE and safety protocols on site
• Communicate with project managers and site contacts to coordinate workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Complete job documentation including time tracking, photos, and notes
• Mentor and support newer installers to promote company growth

Qualifications

• Experience with MMA or resinous flooring systems preferred
• Background in coatings, concrete prep, epoxy, or similar trades acceptable
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
• Ability to read job specs, follow safety procedures, and troubleshoot on site
• Comfort with tools and equipment for surface prep and flooring installation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
