Job Overview

Four D Coatings LLC is hiring an MMA Flooring Installer Foreman, Maintenance Division. We are seeking a leader to oversee flooring maintenance projects involving MMA systems or similar coatings across commercial settings. The role involves leading a team, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing project execution. Ideal for someone with relevant experience seeking leadership growth or to bring existing foreman skills to a supportive company environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise MMA flooring maintenance crew on commercial job sites
2. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
3. Coordinate site preparation, product mixing, and application schedules
4. Train new crew members in safe and efficient flooring practices
5. Operate grinders, mixers, and other equipment used in flooring prep and application
6. Ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed on site
7. Communicate with project managers and site contacts to coordinate workflow
8. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site
9. Complete job documentation including time tracking, photos, and notes
10. Mentor newer installers to support company growth

Qualifications

1. Experience with MMA or resinous flooring systems preferred
2. Background in coatings, concrete prep, epoxy, or similar trades acceptable
3. Leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
4. Ability to read job specs, follow safety procedures, and troubleshoot on site
5. Proficiency with tools and equipment for surface prep and flooring installation
6. Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
7. Reliable transportation, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic
8. Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
