Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Medical Lab Tech (MLT) for outpatient lab work in the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area. The role involves phlebotomy, specimen handling, ECGs, and adherence to QC protocols.

Shifts are typical 8 hours, with some evenings and weekends possible. Training and education opportunities are offered within a locally owned network. Qualified candidates hold an MLT degree with ASCP certification, strong English communication, and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• MLT degree required.
• ASCP certification required.
• Generalist and Epic experience preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily quality control data and respond per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Handle patient registration, test requisition and specimen tracking.
• Perform electrocardiograms and related tests as needed.
• Monitor supplies and maintain lab work areas.
