Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wabasha, MN seeks a Medical Laboratory Technician/Scientist (MLT/MLS) to operate and maintain automated and manual tests. You will join a team delivering accurate results, supporting patient care across our labs, and collaborating with clinicians and managers to support successful health journeys.

Requirements include ASCP certification with either MLT or MT pathway. Weekend hours and on-call rotations are available, with a pay range reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemical, physical or biological science or medical laboratory with ASCP (MLT) certification OR
• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory, chemical, physical or biological science with ASCP (MT) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients & residents
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining competence in performing automated and non-automated laboratory testing
• Works as a team to best ensure the laboratory delivers high-quality laboratory test results in accurate and timely manner
• Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

Education
