Job summary

Novant Health Cotswold Medical Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our dedicated team in Charlotte, NC. You will perform accurate laboratory testing, process specimens, and report results that support clinical decisions. The role requires knowledge of laboratory equipment, quality control, and adherence to standards.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm. Education: 2-year/Associate degree; ASCP or AMT MLT certification (or eligible); 1 year lab experience;

Qualifications

• Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, Required
• ASCP or AMT MLT certification (or eligible)
• One year experience as laboratory tech; clinical internships count
• Knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing accurately and efficiently according to procedures and standards.
• Collect, process, and prepare patient specimens for testing.
• Conduct quality control procedures and maintain QA standards.
• Document and report laboratory results in a timely manner
