Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in MLT courses and labs.
• Develop course and lab content using effective teaching methodologies.
• Communicate and collaborate with the MLT Program Director and faculty.
• Maintain expertise in medical laboratory technology and teaching pedagogy via seminars and workshops.
• Participate in professional organizations and service activities.
• Support student activities, including advisement, mentoring, and career guidance.
• Assist with student recruitment, enrollment management, and other departmental tasks as assigned.
