Job summary

This full-time position entails conducting high complexity lab tests across various methodologies. The ideal candidate will hold relevant national certifications and a Florida license. Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Familiarity with blood banking is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests authorized by the Technical Director.
• Process and report patient test results.
• Document quality control activities.
• Identify and correct any test performance issues.
• Perform specialized lab testing for cellular therapies.

Skills

Molecular experience

Flow Cytometry experience

Blood banking experience

Histocompatibility experience

Education

National certification such as MLS (ASCP), MLS (AMT), or MT (AAB)

Current Florida Medical Technologist license
