Job summary

The MLS Lead provides technical guidance for complex serologic investigations, regulatory readiness, and process improvements, with bench support as needed to ensure continuity of patient

Qualifications

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or equivalent.
• MLS certification with ASCP or equivalent, or specialty-cert.
• Three years of professional experience including leadership or MLS2 level.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfusion quality operations and workflows.
• Coordinate investigations, audits, validations, and corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and regulatory education to MLS staff.
