Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our core laboratory. The role involves handling chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology tests in a busy, automated environment. Newly graduated MLS/MLT candidates are welcome to apply.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced candidates, rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, three days per week, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with every third weekend work. Certification within one year is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree required; certification within 1 year of hire.
• Prior experience in high complexity testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology.
• Work in a fast-paced, automated laboratory to deliver quick turnaround results.
• Learn and grow professionally within Baptist Health.
