Qualifications

• Certification/Licensure: ASCP or equivalent certification with hospital Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Adheres to quality control, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Maintains and calibrates instruments; troubleshoots issues.
• Reports test results accurately and timely.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with laboratory staff and other departments to support patient care.
• Educates others on laboratory methods and techniques.
