Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Less than 1 year of hospital lab experience noted.
• ASCP or equivalent certification in MLS/MT/CLS or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests in compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Follows QC, QA, safety and infection control procedures.
• Maintains instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Accurately reports test results.
• Maintains inventory of supplies.
• Collaborates with lab staff and external customers.
• Participates in laboratory projects and training.
